Are your diamonds certified?

Yes – all lab-grown diamonds come with gemological certificates from recognized laboratories, most commonly IGI. Select moissanite stones may include appraisal certificates upon request.

What metals do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted in solid 14k or 18k gold (white, yellow, or rose), as well as premium platinum.

What’s the difference between lab-grown diamonds and moissanite?

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone with exceptional brilliance and a different visual character.

Can I choose a specific carat weight or stone shape?

Yes – most of our designs can be tailored to your desired specifications. Please contact us to explore your options.

How should I care for my jewelry?

How long does it take to receive my jewelry?

Yes – we offer one complimentary resizing per ring. Once a ring has been resized, it is no longer eligible for return.

Yes – we offer complimentary express shipping to select international destinations using trusted couriers like FedEx or DHL.

Can I track my order?

Yes – once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email for real-time updates.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

All shipments are insured. If any issue arises, our team will assist you promptly and professionally.

Can I send a piece as a gift?
